I’m very dubious about the low calorific content of tuna steak, as judged by Myfitnesspal, but I won’t argue. Even though it is undoubtedly considerably more calories than the 190 it states, I’ve still got plenty of room for more either way. Seriously delicious tuna too. I’m having me more of that.
A friend invited me over for a roast dinner today and not wanting to be rude I accepted, but only on the proviso there were no roast potatoes. So just chicken (no skin) and roasted vegetables (no potatoes). Pretty pleased with that actually. Hearty
